The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Construction Regional Safety Manager to support operations across the Fresno, Oakland, and San Francisco areas. This hybrid role combines remote work, time in local offices, and regular travel to job sites. You’ll partner with field and operations teams to drive compliance, coach leaders, and strengthen a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct job site visits to ensure OSHA and company safety compliance
• Coach teams and correct unsafe behaviors in the field
• Lead safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations
• Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and OSHA 10/30 courses
• Track safety metrics and identify trends for improvement
• Implement and manage safety and risk programs across projects
• Collaborate with estimating and operations during pre-construction to develop Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and identify risk controls during the bidding phase
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits, training, and compliance

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of safety experience in commercial construction or roofing
• OSHA 510 or 500 required; OSHA 30 required (CHST, ASP, CSP a plus)
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Must reside in or near Fresno, Oakland, or San Francisco

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $110,000 – $140,000 (commensurate with experience).
• Annual performance-based bonus eligibility.
