Safety Coordinator

We’re hiring a hands‑on Safety Coordinator to support our Safety Director and help strengthen our safety culture across all divisions. If you’re detail‑oriented, great with people, and passionate about construction safety, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Support daily safety operations and training
• Assist with job‑site audits, toolbox talks, and safety blitzes
• Help maintain safety resources and documentation
• Monitor PPE usage and proper work practices
• Ensure safety procedures and reporting standards are followed

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with OSHA/IOSHA standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license
• Construction safety experience and OSHA certifications preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
