Work Schedule Comments: Primarily M-F, 8am – 5pm, overtime as necessary

Position Overview: To administrate IC Tag Program


Essential Job Functions:

  • Review and process Owner Operator (IC) tag requests
  • Maintain OO tag spreadsheets – adding, terminating, tag balances, transfers, IFTA and NY HUT
  • Process OO escrow releases
  • Maintain Documentation on tag equipment programs
  • Maintain KYU database monthly
  • Manage database for PrePass Transponders including ordering/replacing transponders as requested.
  • Review and process PrePass invoice
  • Complete monthly TABC reporting for Southeast and Gulf
  • Order and maintain IFTA decals
  • Maintain current HazMat permit, SCAC, IFTA license, UCR and all Alcohol licenses


Additional Job Functions:

  • Update IFTA miles monthly
  • Provide the field with registrations for tractor/chassis when requested
  • Backup to insurance certificates
  • Order and distribute office supplies for SRM and maintain inventory
  • Pick up and distribute SRM mail and FedEx
  • Other duties as assigned


Other Skills/Abilities:

  • General Computer/Microsoft Office Literacy
  • Must be able to prioritize duties
  • Some flexibility to work overtime as needed
  • Good communication skills
  • Work well under pressure
  • Ability to multitask
