Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
• Ensure all manufactured products meet specified quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and manage internal and external quality audits, addressing non-conformances and driving corrective actions.
• Oversee root cause analysis for quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes and product quality using tools like Lean or Six Sigma.
• Manage and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of quality awareness and accountability.
• Monitor key quality performance indicators, analyze data, and report on quality metrics to management.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to integrate quality throughout the product lifecycle.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Lean Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including staff development.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced QMS software platforms (e.g., MasterControl, Sparta Systems).
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as Minitab or R.
• Background in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, automotive).
