WHAT YOU'LL DO

Our Business Systems & Quality Coordinator will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving the company's internal business systems, quality processes, Smartsheets platform, ISO management system, and related documentation and reporting functions. Supports process improvement, document control, internal audits, KPI development, and company-wide business system improvement.

The position is also responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining department-specific training programs related to Smartsheets workflows, company procedures, and ISO-required processes. This includes creation of written instructions, visual guides, and video-based training materials, assignment and tracking of required training, and maintenance of records demonstrating employee understanding and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Serve as the company-wide administrator and developer for Smartsheets
  • Create and maintain forms, dashboards, reports, workflows, and automations
  • Maintain the company's ISO management system and related records
  • Coordinate document control, SOPs, revision history, and records retention
  • Conduct internal audits and track corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and management reports
  • Coordinate action item tracking across departments
  • Assist with process mapping and process improvement efforts
  • Support implementation of future systems such as CMMS, asset tracking, and integrated reporting tools
  • Create varied resources to train employees on the use of Smartsheets and other company systems
  • Maintain consistency and quality of records, forms, and documentation

Requirements

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or higher is required for this position 
  • Strong knowledge of Smartsheets or similar workflow and reporting systems
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Experience with ISO systems, document control, or quality management preferred
  • Ability to develop forms, dashboards, workflows, and reporting tools
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple departments
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills
  • Interest in process improvement, business systems, and compliance
