This role enhances sitewide safety performance by embedding proactive, prevention‑focused practices into daily operations. The Unit Safety Manager 3 ensures full compliance with OSHA standards, food safety requirements, local health regulations, and client‑specific protocols while leading hazard identification, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives. They provide clear, effective training and safety communication, conduct inspections and reporting, and maintain operational readiness across all service lines. The role also oversees the refinement and enforcement of safety policies related to occupational health, environmental controls, and regulatory programs such as LOTO, confined space, asbestos and lead management, GHS, fall prevention, and stormwater compliance—ensuring a safe, compliant, and high‑performing workplace

Ensure full compliance with OSHA standards, food safety requirements, local health regulations, and all client‑specific protocols.
Lead hazard identification, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen overall safety outcomes.
Deliver clear, effective training and safety communication to build capability and reinforce safe behaviors across all teams.
Conduct inspections, reporting, and operational readiness reviews to maintain alignment with regulatory and client expectations.
Refine and enforce safety policies related to occupational health, environmental controls, and regulatory programs
