This role offers the opportunity to oversee safety for interior framing, drywall installation, elevated work activities, material handling, and daily construction operations while serving as a visible field presence and trusted safety resource for the project team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily safety activities for drywall and framing construction operations
  • Maintain a strong field presence and actively engage with supervisors and craft personnel
  • Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
  • Monitor elevated work activities, fall protection systems, and material handling operations
  • Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation
  • Deliver new hire orientations and ongoing safety training
  • Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
  • Maintain accurate digital safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
  • Track workforce training, certifications, and project compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with project teams to proactively identify and mitigate hazards
  • Serve as the project's "eyes and ears" by identifying risks before incidents occur
  • Promote a positive safety culture across the project

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Data center construction experience

⭐ Experience supporting large commercial or industrial projects

⭐ Experience with digital safety management systems

⭐ Experience working in fast-paced construction environments
