Quality Manager

Qualifications

Education

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Six Sigma, CQE, or similar quality certifications preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Quality Management Systems
• Demonstrated ownership of AS9100 systems and successful audit experience
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, FAI, and customer qualification processes
• Background in regulated or high-reliability manufacturing environments
• Candidates with strong foundational quality experience and a commitment to professional development will be considered and supported through structured training in aluminum extrusion and related processes

Technical & Professional Skills

• Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, control plans, and root cause analysis
• Experience with QMS software (EPICS preferred)
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T / ASTM B221
• Proficient with inspection tools and measurement equipment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Highly organized, self-directed, and results-oriented
• Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to perform pushing, pulling, and twisting tasks
