Quality Coordinator

OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a Quality Coordinator in Chicago, IL

The Quality Coordinator is responsible for a wide range of duties supporting the corporate Quality Program including maintaining the company's standard operation prodecures, curating documents to enhance the company's lesson sharing and process improvement initiatives including leveraging AI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the company's standard operating procedures and support documents housed within internal SharePoint sites.
• Develop standard operating procedures, newsletters, bulletins, and other lesson sharing documents
• Ensure information is properly catalogued and curated
• Updating of templates, examples, and procedures based on shared best practices
• Studies document management systems to develop best practice trainings
• Create and maintain data visuals and dashboards in Power BI
• Conduct trainings and provide troubleshooting support on document management and lesson sharing systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective communication of company policies, procedures, and best practices
• Other duties as requested

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous document control experience and process improvement processes is helpful
• Some general construction knowledge is helpful
• Self-starter who thrives with periodic change
• Self-educator and learns from experience
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer savvy with experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, SharePoint, and AI tools
• Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000/Yr.
