As a Project Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and excellence. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting rigorous quality checks, and overseeing the continuous improvement of all processes. This position requires a meticulous eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to uphold our commitment to delivering superior results.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct thorough quality checks at various stages of the project lifecycle to identify and address any potential issues.
- Oversee the continuous improvement of all processes, utilizing feedback and data to enhance overall quality.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish and maintain quality benchmarks, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
- Prepare detailed quality reports and documentation, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices, fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements, integrating new quality management techniques and tools as appropriate.

- Adapt at reading blueprints and verifying dimensional data using various inspection equipment such as calipers, go/no gauges, tape measures, transit, level, etc.
Education/Experience:
- Trade School and/or Two-Year Degree
- Documented 5+ years in the construction industry, at/or beyond Assistant Superintendent or Field Engineer level
- Healthcare Experiance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced degrees or certifications, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or ISO Lead Auditor, are highly desirable and can be a distinctive advantage.
- Several years of experience in a quality management role, preferably within the same industry, is essential to ensure the candidate has the requisite knowledge and expertise.
Travel Requirements:
- Flexibility to travel on short notice for urgent business needs, to attend meetings, trainings, and events.â¯
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance during business trips.â¯
- Compliance with company travel policies and procedures.â¯
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to use a computer, phone, printer, scanner, and other office equipment.
- Visual acuity for detailed work and computer useâ¯
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 40-50 pounds of files, documents, and materials.
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time on uneven surfaces, as seen on job sites
- Ability to efficiently climb ladders and/or stairs
- Must be able to work in heavy construction environments with associated safety hazards and easily identify risks
