We are seeking an experienced and driven Manufacturing Site Quality Leader to lead the Cleveland Site. This role is critical in ensuring our products meet rigorous quality and regulatory standards. As the Manufacturing Site Quality Leader, your essential duties and responsibilities would include the following:
Lead and manage the site's Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams, ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards.
Develop, implement, and maintain the site's Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
Own and manage Statistical Process Control (SPC) and process monitoring systems, ensuring effective deployment, training, and ongoing use across production teams to support process capability and early issue detection.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is embedded across the product lifecycle—from design to manufacturing and post-market surveillance.
Drive root cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances and customer complaints.
Oversee internal and external audits, act as the site lead during regulatory inspections.
Develop and mentor quality team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture focused on excellence and compliance.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Monitor and report on key quality metrics; use data to proactively identify trends and drive improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
7+ years of experience in quality management within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Strong background in SPC implementation and process control systems.
Direct experience in battery manufacturing or highly regulated industries.
Experience in a process start-up environment preferred, including establishing quality systems, scaling operations, and building teams.
In-depth knowledge of QMS standards such as ISO 9001.
Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams; servant leadership mindset essential.
