Janicki Industries is an innovative, family-owned aerospace company located at the foot of the Cascades. We focus on engineering and manufacturing complex projects for companies in the aerospace, defense, and space industries. We are looking for a Environmental Health & Safety Manager to join our growing team.
This position is located on-site in Hamilton, Washington State.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Environmental Health and Safety Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and advancing a proactive, people-first safety culture at Janicki. As a key partner to the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team and a visible leader across all levels of the organization, this position champions safe work practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you’ll lead efforts to identify and mitigate workplace hazards, drive preventative strategies, and uphold rigorous internal and external safety standards. You’ll design and deliver impactful training, conduct thorough audits, and collaborate closely with leadership and frontline teams to strengthen environmental, health, and safety performance. Your work directly influences the well-being of our employees and the operational excellence of our facilities.
