ROLE

The Quality Manager oversees the quality assurance function, ensuring that products and processes meet internal standards, customer requirements, and ISO compliance. It involves supervising quality inspectors, operating and supporting testing equipment, analyzing defects, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with vendors to resolve quality issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES & PERFORMANCE MEASURES

• Supervise the work of all Quality Inspectors.
• Assist in operating Zygo equipment, spectrophotometers, and other testing tools.
• Analyze in-house part rejects to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain quality documentation for products and production processes.
• Ensure full compliance with ISO standards and maintain related documentation.
• Review customer quality requirements and ensure testing procedures meet those standards.
• Assist in evaluating and reporting on vendor quality issues.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Minimum three years' experience 
• Minimum bachelor’s degree
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
